There are
two main ways to make money as an IPC,
selling and recruiting other IPCs.
This is not a multilevel organization,
it is single level. You are only
paid overrides on the individuals you
recruit personally. Below is our
Bonus Matrix System that is based on
your individual sales.

IPC’s are also paid a 10% (of the sign-up
cost) bonus for every IPC they refer that
completes training with MDC Group. In
addition; if the referring IPC reaches bonus
level and the IPC they referred has reached
bonus level then the referring IPC will
receive 50% of the value of the referred IPC’s bonus.
For example Bob recruits Sue. Bob earns a
1% bonus for selling 2000 Awards. At an
average $200.00 x 2000 vacations =
$400,000.00 of total IPC volume. His 1%
bonus of that is $4,000.00. Sue earns a
bonus of $4,000.00 for her vacations sales.
MDC Group will match Bob with 50 % of Sue’s
bonus dollar value. Sue earns a full bonus
and Bob’s bonus becomes $4,000.00 +
$2,000.00 (50% of Sue’s dollar value) =
$6,000.00. |
